Reverse Vending Machine gives you cash
Most vending machines that we know of prefer to swallow your cash in exchange for a can of soda or some candy, but the Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) here clearly lives up to its name - it will take in recyclable bottles and cans while handing out cash in return. Recently introduced at the Centro Hollywood shopping mall in Adelaide, South Australia, it is clearly a positive effort where promoting recycling and the reduction of littering are concerned. All you need to do is place your empty bottles or cans at the machine’s feed unit, where a built-in camera will identify individual containers and compact them if accepted. All compacted material will be sent straight to a recycling depot, and each container will net you 10 cents in the form of a receipt which can be exchanged for currency later on by scanning it into an adjacent cash machine.
Google to offer gay staff extra pay to allow for tax inequality with straight couples
Internet giant Google today began paying its gay staff more than heterosexual employees in the latest example of its lavish perks culture, reports The Daily Mail.
Lesbian and homosexual staff will get extra wages to make up for higher taxes they have to pay.
The search engine decided it was only fair to bump up the salaries of its gay staff, a spokesman said.
Under U.S. law, when a firm offers health insurance as a benefit for an employee’s partner, it is tax-free for married couples but taxable income for gays.
Google will make up the difference in additional pay, on average $980 a year.
~I’m still pretty sure Google will one day take over the world, but maybe then we will finally have the coolest dictators ever.
This is awesome, but I have a feeling this is going to erupt into controversy from the “downtrodden heterosexuals”.

New Jersey’s Incompetent Government
Thankfully the budget cuts to education, signed into law today by Governor Christie will cut $820 million from New Jersey schools. Its even better that the budget provides a tax cut to anyone with an income of at least $1 million of $40,000 costing the state around $700 million while raising taxes on the poor by $300. At least use the $700 million for our $11 billion deficit.
